8. Warranties and Disclaimers

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• If negotiation fails, mediation in Orlando, Florida
• If mediation fails, binding arbitration in Orlando, Florida

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Severability
